Description

Failed shared memory allocation failures should either flush something from the cache (LRU style) or simply allocate it process resident memory.

Agreed. In hindsight, I'd prefer to see fastxsl just throw an error when its out of memory, rather than operate as a LRU cache -- seeing the errors in the log would alert us to the fact that we haven't allocated enough shared memory to it. Now if someone wanted a LRU option, it would be a nice-to-have, but will leave that up to you guys.
