implement install target

Description

We need an install target that simply sticks:

  • zetaback => $PREFIX/bin
  • zetaback_agent => $PREFIX/bin
  • zetaback.conf => $PREFIX/etc
  • zetaback_agent.conf => $PREFIX/etc

And pod2man's the zetaback and zetaback_agent tools an installs that in $PREFIX/man/man#/
